• Enter a whole new era of realism and precision. The Advanced Traction Loss & Sway Platform (Powered by D-BOX Motion & Haptics) is the culmination of over a year and a half of research and development from the Advanced SimRacing & D-BOX engineering teams.
• The Platform features 2 degrees of freedom (Yaw / Traction Loss & Sway)
• This product can be used as a standalone 2 degrees of freedom Motion & Haptics System, or it can be combined with a pre-installed D-BOX 4250i Generation 5 system to create a 5 degrees of freedom racing simulator. The Platform is also compatible with the D-BOX 4250i Generation 5 system.
• The Advanced Traction Loss & Sway Platform is compatible with all aluminum profile rigs & chassis (the necessary mounting hardware will be provided based off the selection option)
• This product is offered in our proprietary “Infinite Black” triple-coat ultra-premium Powder Coat finish.
• Racing Simulation has always been about pushing the boundaries of immersion to the maximum, and this new addition to the world of SimRacing is the absolute most perfect expression of this common desire.
• IMPORTANT NOTE : “This product is made to order, with production of the unit starting immediately after the order is confirmed. Any cancellation of this specific product will only be reimbursed up to 50% of the purchase amount, to compensate for the labor of the assembly and any parts required that have been ordered”

SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME

• We ship from Montreal in Canada
• Our typical lead time before shipping out orders is 5 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the purchased items and our shipping queue.
• Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 2 and 4 business days
• Please note that all large items, such as our SimRacing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner’s logistics hub.

WARRANTY

A complete 2-year warranty provided by D-BOX Technologies inc. (Generation 5 Actuators) & Advanced SimRacing (Aluminum & Hardware) effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage limitations:

• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental, contract trade or commercial use
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate manipulation, maintenance or care of the product
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
• Any esthetic damage such as scratches and chipping that might occur during normal residential manipulation, assembly and operation of the product
• Normal and expected wear and tear
• Damages incurred during transportation by our shipping partners or by the customers upon reception of the product
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
